【摘要】:Thispracticeisintendedforuseinthesamplingofsurfacewatersandotherliquids.Dipperequipmentisuncomplicatedinconstruction,simpletouse,andrelativelyeasytodecontaminate;however,thispracticewillnotprovideaccurateresultswithmultiphaseliquids.Thispracticeistobeusedbypersonnelacquiringsamples.Thedipperisbestusedtotakeasurfacesampleofliquid.Noattemptshouldbemadetotakesubsurfacesampleswithadipperbecausemixinganddilutionwilloccurasthedipperisbroughttothesurface.Subsurfacelayersmustbesampledusingadevicethatcanbeclosedpriortobringingittothesurface(forexample,aCOLIWASA,tubesampler,orbottlesampler).Thedipperisnotappropriateforsamplingmultiphaseliquidsifquantitativecharacterizationisneeded.Whenvolatileorganicanalysis(VOA)willbeperformed,samplesobtainedwithadippershouldbepouredintoanappropriatecontainer(VOAvial)withminimalaircontactandagitation.ThispracticeshouldbeusedinconjunctionwithGuideD4687,whichcoverssamplingplans,safety,QualityAssurance(QA),preservation,decontamination,labeling,andchain-of-custodyprocedures,alsoPracticeD5088,whichcoversdecontaminationoffieldequipmentusedatwastesites.OtherdocumentspertinenttothispracticeareEPA-600/2-80-018andEPA-600/4-84-076.1.1Thispracticedescribestheprocedureandequipmentfortakingsurfacesamplesofwaterorotherliquidsusingadipper.Apondsamplerordipperwithextensionhandleallowstheoperatortosamplestreams,ponds,wastepits,andlagoonsasfaras15ftfromthebankorothersecurefooting.Thedipperisusefulinfillingasamplebottlewithoutcontaminatingtheoutsideofthebottle.1.2Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:Thisstandardisapplicabletoheatingboilerswithburnersusingfansuptoanominalheatoutputof1000kW.Theyareoperated,eitherwithnegativepressure(naturaldraughtboiler)orwithpositivepressure(pressurizedboiler)inthecombustionchamber,inaccordancewiththeboilermanufacturer'sinstructions.Thisstandardspecifiesthenecessaryterminology,therequirementsonthematerialsandtestingofthem,andmarkingrequirementsforheatingboilers.ParticularrequirementsforboilerswhichcanbeusedwithopenventedsystemsarecontainedinprEN303-4.Therequirementsofthisstandardapplytoheatingboilerswhicharetestedonanauthorizedtestrig.Boilersinaccordancewiththisstandardaredesignedfortheheatingofcentralheatinginstallationsinwhichtheheatcarrieriswater,andthemaximumallowableoperatingtemperatureofwhichisrestrictedto100℃.Themaximumallowableoperatingpressureis8bar.Forboilerswithabuilt-inorattachedwaterheater(storageorcontinuousflowheater)thisstandardonlyappliestothepartsofthewaterheaterwhicharenecessarilysubjecttotheoperatingconditionsoftheheatingboiler(heatingpart).Thisstandarddoesnotapplytogasboilerswithatmosphericburners,boilersforsolidfuels,oilorgasfiredcondensationboilers,boilerswithoilvaporizationburnersandlowtemperatureboilers.Fortheseboilerstherearefurtherrequirements.NOTELowtemperatureboilersarethoseoperatingwitha(water)variabletemperatureupto40℃orless,orthosewhichcannotbesetatatemperaturehigherthan55℃.
