【摘要】:Itisimportanttonotethatthescopeofthestandardisconfinedtotheelectricitysuppliedatthesupplyterminals,anddoesnotdealwiththesupplysystemorthecustomer′sinstallationorequipment.ThediagrambelowinFigure1illustratesthepointwhichisdefinedinEN50160asthesupplyterminalsandalsotherelationshipbetweentheimpulsewithstandrequirementsofthesupplyterminals,thecustomersinstallationandthecustomerselectricalequipment.Theappropriatecategoriesofimpulsevoltagewithstandforeachzonearealsohighlighted.Itshouldbestressedthatthesupplyterminals,referredtoinboththestandardandthisapplicationguide,andtheoriginoftheinstallation,referredtoinbothIEC60664-1,Insulationcoordinationforequipmentwithinlow-voltagesystems,andIEC60364-4-44,ElectricalInstallationsofbuildingsPart4ProtectionforSafetyChapter44Protectionagainstovervoltages,areoneandthesamepoint.Figure1–IllustrationoflocationofsupplyterminalsAsthestandardisintendedtodealonlywiththecharacteristicsofthevoltageatspecifiedpointsonthepublicdistributionnetworks,itdoesnotdealdirectlywiththecharacteristicsofnetworksthemselves,suchasshortcircuitpower.Clearly,however,thenetworkcharacteristicswillhaveaneffectuponthemagnitudeofseveralofthephenomenadescribedbythestandard.Thestandardisapplicableonlyundernormaloperatingconditionsofthesupplysystem.Thisincludesalsothecorrectoperationofprotectiondevicesinthecaseofafaultinthenetwork;theoperationofloadsagreedbetweencustomeranddistributionnetworkoperatorandchangesinnetworkconfiguration.Whenenergyissuppliedtothepublicnetworksfromsmallprivategenerators,itisimportanttokeepthelevelofdisturbanceswithinacceptablelimits.Inthiscontextprivategenerationisinthesamepositionasanycustomersinstallationandthereforehastocomplywiththerelatedemissionstandardsandagreedlimitsforthevoltagesupplied.AssuchthevoltagesuppliedfromthegeneratormustcomplywiththerequirementsofEN50160.Table1–Non-exhaustivelistofexceptionalconditionsandexamples

【摘要】:Itisimportanttonotethatthescopeofthestandardisconfinedtotheelectricitysuppliedatthesupplyterminals,anddoesnotdealwiththesupplysystemorthecustomer′sinstallationorequipment.ThediagrambelowinFigure1illustratesthepointwhichisdefinedinEN50160asthesupplyterminalsandalsotherelationshipbetweentheimpulsewithstandrequirementsofthesupplyterminals,thecustomersinstallationandthecustomerselectricalequipment.Theappropriatecategoriesofimpulsevoltagewithstandforeachzonearealsohighlighted.Itshouldbestressedthatthesupplyterminals,referredtoinboththestandardandthisapplicationguide,andtheoriginoftheinstallation,referredtoinbothIEC60664-1,Insulationcoordinationforequipmentwithinlow-voltagesystems,andIEC60364-4-44,ElectricalInstallationsofbuildingsPart4ProtectionforSafetyChapter44Protectionagainstovervoltages,areoneandthesamepoint.Figure1–IllustrationoflocationofsupplyterminalsAsthestandardisintendedtodealonlywiththecharacteristicsofthevoltageatspecifiedpointsonthepublicdistributionnetworks,itdoesnotdealdirectlywiththecharacteristicsofnetworksthemselves,suchasshortcircuitpower.Clearly,however,thenetworkcharacteristicswillhaveaneffectuponthemagnitudeofseveralofthephenomenadescribedbythestandard.Thestandardisapplicableonlyundernormaloperatingconditionsofthesupplysystem.Thisincludesalsothecorrectoperationofprotectiondevicesinthecaseofafaultinthenetwork;theoperationofloadsagreedbetweencustomeranddistributionnetworkoperatorandchangesinnetworkconfiguration.Whenenergyissuppliedtothepublicnetworksfromsmallprivategenerators,itisimportanttokeepthelevelofdisturbanceswithinacceptablelimits.Inthiscontextprivategenerationisinthesamepositionasanycustomersinstallationandthereforehastocomplywiththerelatedemissionstandardsandagreedlimitsforthevoltagesupplied.AssuchthevoltagesuppliedfromthegeneratormustcomplywiththerequirementsofEN50160.Table1–Non-exhaustivelistofexceptionalconditionsandexamples
