【摘要】:ThispartofISO14673|IDF189specifiesaroutinemethodforthedeterminationofthenitrateandnitritecontentsofmilkandmilkproductsbycadmiumreductionandflowinjectionanalysis(FIA).Themethodisapplicabletohard,semi-hardandsoftcheesesofvariousages,andprocessedcheese.Thedetectionlimitsofthemethodare0,5mgofnitrateionsperkilogramand1,0mgofnitriteionsperkilogram.Themethodisalsoapplicabletowheypowder,milkpowderandmilk-basedinfantfood.NOTE1ThemethodcloselyresemblestheFIAmethoddescribedinreference[2]forthedeterminationofnitrateandnitriteinmilkandfluiddairyproducts.Adaptationsweremadetoallowfortheanalysisofcheeseandtoobtainsufficientsensitivityforthedeterminationoflowlevelsofnitriteincheeseandmilk-basedinfantfoods.NOTE2Fordeterminationofnitriteandnitratefollowingcadmiumreduction,useismadeofthesamecolourreactionasdescribedinISO14673-1|IDF189-1.
