【摘要】:Thispracticepermitsananalysttocomparethegeneralperformanceofhisinstrument,asheisusingitinaspecificspectrophotometricmethod,withtheperformanceofinstrumentsusedindevelopingthemethod.1.1ThispracticecoversthedescriptionofrequirementsofspectrophotometricperformanceespeciallyforASTMmethods,andthetestingoftheadequacyofavailableequipmentforaspecificmethod.Thetestsgiveameasurementofsomeoftheimportantparameterscontrollingresultsobtainedinspectrophotometricmethods,butitisspecificallynottobeconcludedthatallthefactorsininstrumentperformancearemeasured.1.1.1Thispracticeisnottobeused(1)asarigoroustestofperformanceofinstrumentation,or(2)tointercomparethequantitativeperformanceofinstrumentsofdifferentdesign.1.1.2Thispracticeisprimarilydirectedtodispersivespectrophotometersusedfortransmittancemeasurementsratherthaninstrumentsdesignedfordiffusetransmissionanddiffusereflection.
