【摘要】:Thisspecificationcoverscommercialmicrowaveovens.Theseovensuseultrahighfrequencyelectromagneticradiationintheapprovedindustrial,scientific,andmedicalbandstodefrost,heat,andcookfood.LimitationsThisspecificationdoesnotincludealltypes,sizes,groups,styles,andclassesofthecommoditiesindicatedbythetitlesofthespecification,orthatarecommerciallyavailable,butisintendedtocoverthetypes,sizes,groups,styles,andclassesthataresuitableforgeneralrequirements.OvenSelectionAndApplicationPriortotheuseoftheclassificationsgivenin,theuseragencyshouldensuretheyarenotrestrictedbysomeaspectofthemicrowaveovendesignsuchasaweightorexternaldimensionlimitationthatwouldpreventtheunrestricteduseoftheclassificationsgivenin.MicrowaveOvenAvailabilityAlthoughlistsawiderangeofsizes,classes,groups,andstylesforcommercialtypesofovens,notallcombinationsareavailable.Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.TheSIunitsgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thefollowingprecautionarycaveatpertainstothetestmethodportiononly,Section,ofthisspecification:Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
